Social science club organized a student work shop on MCQ Preparation (Multiple Choice Questions) Workshop on 21 and 22 June, 2022. The workshop is conducted on these days for 1.5 hours each.

The work shop programme is directed by Dr. Sankaranarayanan Paleeri, the teacher of the SS option subject, and organized by the SS club. Students were the participants. They were formed four groups and analyzed the syllabus contents of the B Ed Social Science Paper (EDU:   ) of semester 2 and framed 50 MC questions in total. They questions were formed to test the learning outcomes in the levels from Remember to Create. The framed questions are submitted to the Head of the Department for further needs.

The workshop was very successful and achieved the objectives.  It is motive to engage in such activities in future.

Recognition for Leadership and Academic Excellence The Social Science Department (B.Ed 2023–25 batch) proudly recognized two students for their outstanding contributions. Fahisa Thasni.K.P received the Best Leadership Certification for her exceptional leadership, initiative, and team coordination. Meera T Ravindran was awarded the Best Academic Coordinator Certification for her dedication and efficiency in organizing academic activities. These awards highlight the importance of student involvement in academic and leadership roles. The certificates were distributed by Dr. Suresh Kumar, who praised their efforts in the esteemed presence of the Head of the Department, Dr. Sankaranarayanan Paleeri sir. The event was a moment of pride and inspiration for the entire batch.
