Teaching practice -KVR HS SHORANUR [August 2024]

On 13/08/2024, KVR HS Shoranur hosted the program *"Samskritha Dhinakhoshavum and Ramayanamasacharanavum "* under the Shoranur Upajilla Council. The event commenced at 10:30 am with a session by a resource person on the significance of the Sanskrit language, followed by an interschool quiz competition. NSS volunteers from NSS Ottapalam Training College provided assistance for the program.

School Election 16/08/24

Parliamentary election of KVR HS Shoranur was conducted election of the academic year 2024-25. Class Representatives from every classes were selected in the morning through voting. B.Ed trainees were assigned the duty of the class election of 6A with likhitha teacher . We conducted the election of 6A. There are 4 candidates in thw class. And finally swalih was elected as the class representative.after the election process swalih addressed the students of his class for conveying thanks to all. From the whole class representatives school leader, deputy leader etc were successfully selected.and after the election there was an oath taking ceremony.B. Ed trainees were organized the assembly.

NATIONAL SPACE DAY

23rd AUGUST 2024

As a part of national space day celebration, We conducted short essay writing competition on topic " *Is future space exploration good for mankind?"* at Highschool level and poster making competition on the topic " *life in space"* at UP level on 23/08/2024 at 1 pm in noon meal hall. Space day provided a platform for all the students who are enthusiastic to showcase their talents by articulating their thoughts.

Anurudh U got first prize at UP level in poster making competition and Souparnika P got first prize for short essay writing competition.

KVR HS SHORANUR 27/08/24

Teacher trainees of NSSTC ottapalam conducted food fest in KVR HS SHORANUR as a part of internship. The food fest conducted under the coordination of Ligitha teacher. The food fest was inaugurated by HM , KVR HS SHORANUR at 11 AM at noonmeal hall.The students from 5 A and 5 B participated in above programme. The students actively participated in the programme by preparing food from home like rava laddu, pazhampori, kesari, maggi, ragi laddu etc . The enthusiastic minds eagerly waiting for tasting their recipes by the teacher. The recipes were presented by students with written handouts of food recipes. The teacher instructed them to collect and can make a recipe book out of it.
